Plan57 is an independent consulting company created after stepping back from a successful career spanning over 25 years in software sales and business leadership.

During my career, I have gained highly valuable knowledge to help both individuals and businesses optimise their sales teams, processes, and technology.

The mission of Plan57 is to bring this wide range of skills and experience to organisations needing independent and experienced help without the need to hire an expensive full-time employee or consultant.

Hi, I'm Nigel Arthur

I am an experienced software sales leader who thought long and hard during the pandemic about my longer-term career options and goals.

This extended thinking led to the easy decision in early 2022 to leave my EMEA VP Sales role and take a sabbatical. It was time to dig deep and learn more about what drives me as a person and the things in life that make me the happiest.

During my break, I learned:

I love to help people.
Setting a proactive balance of work/life was important to me.
Volunteering needed to feature in my next chapter.
I have learned too much in my career not to help others in theirs.
